How do I receive my tickets?

Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets will be available immediately in your dashboard under the "My Tickets" tab. We also send a confirmation email with a PDF copy.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Refund policies vary by event organizer. You can find the specific refund terms on the event details page. Generally, requests made 48 hours before the event are prioritized.
